小半顆 —— 高麗菜切絲, 寬度隨喜 (換成花椰菜、青花菜🥦也可以) | 1 Lb. Shredded Cabbage (Can replaced by Cauliflower or Broccoli
小半條 —— 紅蘿蔔🥕切片 (可不放) | 1 Cup Sliced Carrot 
1匙 —— 蒜末🧄 | 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
1匙 —— 油 | 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

醬料 | Ingredients for Sauce

1大匙 (約25g) —— 原味杏仁果醬 | 1 Big Tbsp. (Around 25g) Almond Butter
1 匙 —— 醬油 | 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 匙 —— 烏醋/白醋 | 1 Tbsp. Black Vinegar/Rice Vinegar
半匙 —— 辣椒醬(不喜歡辣, 可以不放)| 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Sauce 
少許 —— 糖 | 1/2 tsp. Sugar

做法 | Steps

1. 先把所有醬料放在碗裡🥣拌勻, 待用。 | Stir all the "Ingredients for Sauce" into a small bowl.
2. 預熱炒鑊, 加入油和蒜末🧄炒香後, 加入切好的菜, 把菜炒至軟身, 加入已調好的醬料, 炒均勻就完成!😋 | Heat the Vegetable Oil in a wok/large skillet, stir in the chopped garlic and cook until turned brown.  Stir in the Shredded Cabbage + Sliced Carrot and cooked until tendered.  Stir in the Mixed Sauce until all the vegetables are coated by the Sauce evenly.  Done, ready to dig in!
